Stores Officer Job
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to fill a part-time Stores Officer position. The successful candidate will play a key role in the efficient operation of our hotel's inventory and stock management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receiving, inspecting, and logging all deliveries of goods and supplies to ensure accuracy, food safety, and quality standards.
* Maintaining accurate records of inventory, conducting regular stock audits, and reconciling discrepancies.
* Monitoring and tracking usage of supplies across departments to minimize wastage.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Prior experience in a stores or inventory management role is preferred.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
