We are looking for a Brand & Advertising Manager in Hobart who can deliver high‑quality campaigns while navigating complex, audited and compliance-heavy environments with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver integrated brand and advertising campaigns across banking and wealth.
Partner closely with regulated product teams to ensure absolute accuracy and compliance.
Manage agency partners to produce effective, insight-led creative and data driven marketing plans.
Maintain strong brand governance across all channels.
Oversee campaign planning, approvals, budgets and reporting.
What We're Looking For
This role is critical to ensuring that all brand and advertising activity is delivered to a high standard within a highly regulated, audit‑intensive environment. We are looking for someone who can bring structure, accuracy, and insight-led creative skills to a space where compliance and governance matter just as much as storytelling.
Strong experience delivering fully integrated marketing campaigns: A background of approximately 5–7 years in marketing, with demonstrated capability in strategic project management and executing campaigns end‑to‑end. You must be confident managing budgets, timelines, working with agencies, and collaborating with stakeholders at multiple levels.
Proven experience operating in a highly regulated or heavily audited environment: This is essential. You will ideally come from sectors such as wealth or funds management, managed investment schemes, insurance, banking, financial services, or any industry where compliance, governance and audit processes are central to operations.
Exceptional attention to detail: You must be able to identify inaccuracies quickly, understand potential risk triggers, and manage audit and review processes with care and discipline. Quality and accuracy are critical when supporting regulated product areas.
Confidence collaborating with product, compliance, and risk teams: This role involves handling materials that require multiple layers of checks, documentation, and evidence trails. You should be comfortable seeking clarification, navigating differing viewpoints, and ensuring all outputs and documentation meet regulatory requirements.
A balance of strategy, creativity and commercial thinking: You will help bring insights and compelling brand storytelling to life, while ensuring every document and asset meets compliance standards and can withstand audit. The ideal candidate can champion customer insights with creativity while not compromising on governance, accuracy or commercial outcomes.
