Your New Role
Teachers provide quality education and care for students at Mater Dei Catholic College, supporting the Principal with the educational mission of the College community. The work of the teacher is consistent with the Diocese of Wagga and College Mission and priorities.

Selection Criteria
* An understanding of and commitment to the ideals of Catholic Education
* Demonstrated expertise as a classroom practitioner
* Appropriate qualifications and experience in the position advertised
* An informed understanding of inclusive, learner centred pedagogy
* An informed understanding of the role of formative and summative assessment in providing feedback that advances student learning
* An ability to work as part of a team and contribute positively to staff professional culture
* Knowledge of relevant NESA curriculum documentation, practices and procedures.
* Ability to teach another subject
* NSW NESA Accreditation
* NSW Working with Children Check
* Accreditation for Teachers in a Catholic School (Category B, Accreditation to Work Teach and Lead in Systemic Catholic Schools, Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga) or willing to achieve.
