What We're Looking For:
You're an experienced, proactive Senior Commercial Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You love taking ownership of your portfolio and delivering top-tier service.
Ideal Experience & Skills:
1. Minimum 5 years in commercial property management.
2. Strong understanding of retail/commercial leases and outgoings.
3. Skilled in lease administration and financial reporting.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Proficient in property management software (Released/Cirrus8) and MS Office.
6. Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (QLD).
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Developing and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships.
2. Overseeing lease administration (rent reviews, renewals, renegotiations).
3. Managing arrears, outgoings, budgets, and compliance requirements.
4. Conducting inspections and preparing detailed condition reports.
5. Coordinating capital works, fit-outs, and make-good projects.
6. Liaising with contractors, tenants, and owners to ensure smooth operations.
7. Using advanced property management software to ensure seamless communication and reporting.
