The Role
We have an exciting and fast-paced opportunity to join the Infinite Operational team in this fundamental role.
This is a permanent full-time position reporting directly to our General Manager and is integral to staffing at our new Aged Care Home in Knoxfield, Victoria.

The key purpose of this role is to manage & communicate all front-line employees' shifts via our centralised rostering tool in Humanforce across various shifts, enabling operational stability for our residents, their families, and visiting health professionals.
This role operates in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly supportive team environment that values professionalism, high-quality work, and efficiency.
As part of the leadership team, you will collaborate with colleagues leading other functions to foster a supportive, resident-centric workplace culture and serve as brand ambassadors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily master rosters, optimising employee availability, handling sickness and leave requests, coordinating backfilling, casual workforce, and managing labour hire workforce.
Partner with the corporate rostering team to ensure data accuracy, system updates, and forecasting for resource management.
Lead onsite staff interactions regarding fortnightly allocations, roster changes, additional shifts, and communication of shift availability.
Oversee training and access for the timekeeping system, including onboarding new employees on site-based systems.
Maintain confidentiality of rostering information in accordance with company policies and code of conduct.
Promote a welcoming and supportive environment within the care home, ensuring effective communication across teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects related to processes, engagement, experience, and systems.
Qualifications & Skills
Extensive experience in staff (including contractors and labour hire) rostering is mandatory.
Ability to work closely with operational teams as the primary contact for staff rostering information.
Capability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, with high attention to detail via phone, email, and in person.
Valid NDIS Clearance or willingness to obtain one.
Experience with online rostering tools such as Roster "Bid Manager" is highly regarded.
Experience collaborating with rostering teams and senior administrators to improve staffing outcomes.
Hold or be willing to obtain the NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
