Position description We seek an enthusiastic Customer Services Operator to join our vibrant Results department in Macquarie Park. You will be an essential team member, and your responsibilities will include the following: Answering high volume inbound and outbound calls to provide results to key stakeholders, such as doctors' rooms Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast paced health environment Collaborating with other team members to achieve tasks promptly Conducting office duties and other clerical duties as required.
