Key Job Responsibilities:
* Lead consulting engagements for student information system implementations and upgrades, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery, overseeing all client requirements and coordinating cross-functional teams.
* Manage, mentor, and develop a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on client success and continuous improvement.
* Build, maintain, and enhance artefacts, templates, and presentations to support regional SaaS delivery services.
* Provide strategic direction and mentorship on implementation strategies, industry best practices, and adoption of global delivery methodologies.
* Promote and ensure the adoption of global best practices in functional consulting across the region.
* Facilitate effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels, from operational staff to executive leadership.
Requirements:
* Minimum 15 years' experience in consulting services, with at least 10 years in higher education roles.
* Extensive hands-on experience with student information systems or similar platforms.
* Proven ability to manage and lead consulting teams, including performance management and professional development.
* Strong understanding of student lifecycle processes and business office operations in higher education.
* Demonstrated expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and client communication.
