Seasonal Fine Gardener Position
We are seeking a Seasonal Fine Gardener to join our team based at Castle Hill in Ipswich, MA.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting garden maintenance tasks and working alongside a horticulturist to enhance visitor experiences. Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining the beauty and integrity of gardens through regular pruning, weeding, and other necessary upkeep tasks;
* Collaborating with the horticulturist to develop strategies for improving plant health and visual appeal;
This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who possess hands-on experience as a gardener or have completed relevant studies in horticulture. The part-time position offers flexible scheduling with 24–30 hours of work per week at an hourly rate of $20-$22.
