Human Resource Specialist
The primary goal of this role is to provide expert advice and support in the areas of payroll and recruitment.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Transaction Processing: Accurately process all transactions related to salary payments, including new employments, terminations, and personnel movements on a daily basis.
* Award Provisions: Interpret and apply award provisions when calculating and coding timesheets, addressing any arising issues with managers and staff.
* Human Resource Services: Offer assistance and guidance to managers and staff on diverse human resource services, focusing on payroll and recruitment matters.
