* Ensure the branch operates at peak efficiency, focusing on revenue growth, fleet availability, utilisation, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

* Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Managing branch performance metrics, including P&L's and KPI's around fleet availability, fleet utilisation, and customer engagement.
* Overseeing all aspects of daily branch operations, while fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring full adherence to our critical Zero Harm safety standards.
