Tax Manager
Base pay range: A$120,000/yr – A$150,000/yr.

The Role
* Own a portfolio of 50 clients, with turnover ranging up to $150M (most between $2M and $3M).
* Deliver compliance reviews and produce high‐quality tax work.
* Provide advisory services, including valuations and due diligence.
* Mentor, develop, and support an already strong team.
* Drive quality, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to continued growth within the firm.
About You
* 4–5+ years into a public practice career.
* Strong in tax and compliance, with solid client‐communication skills.
* Proactive, commercial thinker who wants to contribute meaningfully to the business.
* Motivated by progression, responsibility, and being part of a stable, well‐run team.
