This position is perfect for an experienced diagnostic specialist who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and is ready to take the next step toward a Workshop Foreman / Controller role. You'll work alongside workshop leadership, providing advanced technical expertise while building the skills needed for future leadership responsibilities.

Key responsibilities
* Performing advanced diagnostics and fault-finding across multiple brands
* Supporting technicians with complex technical issues and repair strategies
* Assisting workshop leadership with quality control and technical oversight
* Conducting road tests and internal checks to ensure repair quality
* Supporting warranty processes and escalation-level technical input
What we're looking for
* A high-level diagnostic technician with strong electrical and fault-finding expertise
* Ambition to progress into a Foreman or Workshop Controller role
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach
* Experience in a multi-franchise workshop environment (highly regarded)
* Exposure to Express Servicing (advantageous but not essential)
