We’re seeking Disability Services Workers (Attendant Care) in Bendigo and Echuca regions to support our participants.

Healthscope Independence Services has been helping people living with disabilities to live fulfilling lives for 28 years. We offer community and in-house support across various states in Australia, adopting a person-centred approach. Our passionate team works with individuals to promote independence and support their life goals.
Your role will look like
No two days are the same! As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care to support clients with diverse daily living needs. Your duties may include personal care, medication assistance, shopping, or cooking. Most importantly, you will be supporting clients to achieve their personal goals. We value employees who enjoy variety and want to develop and build valuable skills.

* You will demonstrate a passion for working with both mental and physical disabilities
* You enjoy challenges and celebrate small victories
* You demonstrate empathy and a caring attitude
* You hold a valid NDIS check, CPR, and First Aid certificates
* You are fully vaccinated against COVID-19
* You have the right to work in Australia
* Relevant qualifications are preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate in-house
