We are seeking individuals who will embrace technology and have an understanding of the devices and apps that drive it. In this role you will build strong relationships with our repairer network and provide outstanding support to our customers when they need it most.
**Your duties will include**:
- Complete vehicle damage assessments
- Oversee the quality of the entire claims process
- Ensure compliance with legislation
- Detect and reduce fraud
- Achieve fast turnaround times and control costs
- Be the face of our business and provide awesome service
**About you**
- A trade qualification in Panel Beating, Spray Painting or Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology is essential
- Current driver's licence
- Estimating experience would be highly regarded
- Experience in watercraft assessing will be an advantage
- Embraces and promotes change in a fast-paced environment
