Customer Insight Leader
We are seeking a skilled Customer Insight Leader to join our organisation and drive strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
About the Role:
1. Lead customer insight programs, designing research methodologies to better understand customer needs and inform business strategies.
2. Develop and implement customer satisfaction measurement tools, manage relationships with research suppliers, and establish research frameworks and analysis standards.
3. Maintain a thorough understanding of the entire customer journey.
4. Collaborate with third-party research providers to ensure rigorous, compliant, and actionable methods.
5. Present complex data in compelling narratives that drive strategic action.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a customer research leadership role.
2. A strong interest in customer insight with an analytical mindset.
3. Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end quantitative research projects, including survey design and data analysis.
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
5. Ability to present data clearly and impactfully.
