This role is responsible for examining data related to our enterprise customers and transforming it into actionable intelligence. Your expertise will be essential in crafting reports, recommendations, and tools that enhance both our customers' experiences and internal operations.
* You will conduct in-depth analyses using SQL queries and other methods to identify key issues and opportunities impacting our customers. Your findings will be backed by actionable recommendations that yield tangible results.
* Develop department-level metrics and dashboards that provide a clear understanding of customer account health and drive change within the organization.
* Establish strong connections with various levels of the business to comprehend current workflows and pinpoint areas for improvement.
* Design and implement automation solutions that accelerate revenue growth, mitigate risk, and optimize efficiency within Starlink Business Operations and beyond.
* Take ownership of data integrity, tool maintenance, and reporting quality to ensure seamless information flow.
* Provide training and support to internal users, external technical teams, and leaders on dashboard, API, and tool usage; troubleshoot as needed.
* Pursue innovative ways to capture data that fuels future Account Management initiatives, collaborating with software development teams on table structure and requirements.
* Support new market launches, continuous improvement, and cross-functional strategic initiatives that shape the future of space exploration.
To excel in this position, you must possess:
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
* 5+ years of experience in reporting and analytics within customer operations, manufacturing, quality, human resources, purchasing, operations, cost accounting, supply chain management, or consulting.
* 3+ years of experience building required datasets to create and manage dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
* 3+ years of experience in at least one analytics language (e.g., Python, R).
* 1+ year of experience leading projects.
