Where do you fit in?
We’re looking for a seasoned risk and compliance Senior Manager who is outcomes driven and can identify, predict, and understand our risks and obligations, not just the process. You should have a passion for finding better ways to enable agile teams to manage risk and compliance as part of your everyday, with a focus on automation. You have experience-solving complex problems and are comfortable diving into the detail. Working as part of a collaborative team, some of your accountabilities will include:
* Ensuring activities are within risk appetite and comply with legal and regulatory standards.
* Building and maintaining risk management in a scalable cloud-based environment.
* Leading on end-to-end solutions, ensuring risk is built in at day one.
In this role you will:
* Assess and manage risks and compliance for our existing and new ventures, ensuring activities are within risk appetite and comply with legal and regulatory standards.
* Assist with building and maintaining risk and compliance requirements for teams deploying scalable cloud-based solutions.
* Work with range of technology and business experts on end-to-end solutions ensuring risks are understood and managed.
* Build exceptional relationships with stakeholders in our ventures and the wider group.
* Be part of a collaborative team adopting and promoting best practices.
You should have
* Demonstrated experience in implementing risk management frameworks within regulated businesses, ideally in Fintech
* Experience with risk and control optimisation and automation
* Line 1 risk operational experience and a passion for Fintech
* Analytical mindset with an eye for detail and the ability to negotiate and influence a diverse range of stakeholders
* Passion to learn new skills, innovation and taking on technical challenges with a positive ‘Can-do’ attitude
