The Opportunity
We are seeking Transporter to join our CSSD Team at Lake Macquarie Private Hospital. This role will see you working as a member of the Sterilising Services team driving our van to transport trays and equipment for our busy theatre department between Lake Macquarie, Warners Bay and Charlestown hospitals. This role combines communication and cooperation with the sterilisation and theatre teams with regard to the transport and coordination of sterile equipment. This is a critical part of the surgical process and the ability to work efficiently within a small team and manage pressing deadlines is crucial.
Availability to work across a rotating 7-day roster is essential to be considered.

Your positive attitude will enable you to work effectively alongside our team and independently as required. In addition, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to assist the perioperative team to deliver the best care for our patients in line with our Ramsay core values.
You will also bring:
* Current Unrestricted NSW Drivers Licence
* Knowledge of CSSD processes and tasks desirable
* Understanding of manual handling procedures
Remuneration
Base hourly rate ranging from $30.24 - $36.19 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
