Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in line with menu and culinary standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple areas of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and inventory management. A Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery is highly recommended, as well as a valid Working with Children Check.
