Remote Site Culinary Professional
The position of Remote Site Culinary Professional is responsible for overseeing the preparation, cooking and presentation of a wide variety of foods.
* Responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and baking possible.
* Directs, coaches and provides leadership to kitchen staff in a remote site environment.
* Maintains product consistency by conducting regular inspections of portions and the appearance of food items.
* Ensures cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in various kitchen areas.
Key responsibilities include preparing meal plans, inventory and grocery orders, providing direction to kitchen staff and ensuring product consistency.
Qualifications required include a technical qualification obtained through apprenticeship training or related post-secondary education, as well as 4+ years' experience as a culinary professional in a remote site environment.
