The remuneration ranges from $1,407.48 to $2,007.56 per annum, plus annual leave loading and 11.5% superannuation.
About The Role Royal Prince Alfred is the principal teaching hospital of the University of Sydney, offering specialised services across various disciplines.
The position involves performing translational research within the CRC for Cell Therapy Manufacturing, bridging basic research and GMP manufacturing in CMT laboratories.
Responsibilities include developing clinically-relevant cell and gene therapy manufacturing methods, translating skills in cell enrichment, expansion, gene transfer, flow cytometry, q PCR, and bioassays into validated processes.
Ideal Candidate Bachelor's degree in Science with experience in haematology, immunology, cell biology, or cancer biology.
Willingness to participate in an on-call and out-of-hours roster.
Understanding of equipment and process validation under GMP for cell and gene therapies.
