We are currently looking for Recruitment Coordinators to help support our client who is one of the biggest technology conglomerates globally.

A successful Recruitment Coordinator thrives in supporting the business with the correct expertise while handling complex scenarios, understands the importance of providing excellent support to customer programs, their stakeholders and on- and off- site colleagues in order to provide unforgettable experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and manage interviews for multiple candidates and hiring managers.
* Coordinate logistics, including video conferencing and travel arrangements.
* Ensure all interview panel members are briefed and have candidate information.
* Troubleshoot any technical issues during virtual interviews to ensure a smooth process.
* Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
* Gather feedback from interviewers and candidates, compiling assessments to inform hiring decisions.
* Support continuous process improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
* Maintain confidentiality, data protection standards, and up-to-date documentation.
* Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to align with recruitment objectives.
* Communication skills: Effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues.
* Organizational skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple schedules and logistics.
* Time management & attention to detail: Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
* Customer service orientation: Provide excellent service to all recruitment stakeholders.
* Problem Solving skills: Quickly identify and resolve any challenges in the recruitment process.
Job Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, customer service, or corporate services (RPO/BPO preferred).
* Experience with high-volume roles or coordination in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
* Ability to manage interview scheduling across multiple time zones (Americas, EMEA, APAC).
* Strong adaptability to changing priorities and evolving recruitment needs.
* Skilled in negotiating schedules and resolving conflicts efficiently.
