Are you a HubSpot Specialist who has outgrown campaign execution?

I am working with a Diamond-tier HubSpot Partner looking for a Functional CRM Consultant.

This isn't a role for a Marketing Generalist. You will be joining a savvy team of technical experts focused on high-performance customer acquisition and deep MarTech transformation.

We need a specialist who understands the "under the hood" mechanics of HubSpot-someone who can architect a CRM from scratch, lead technical audits, and bridge the gap between business strategy and technical setup.


The Impact You'll Make

* System Architecture: Lead full-scale HubSpot implementations (Sales, Service, and Marketing Hubs) from discovery to go-live.
* Technical Leadership: Act as the bridge between client services and our technical production team. You will brief offshore developers via Asana with meticulous detail to ensure flawless delivery.
* Client Advisory: Lead workshops and training sessions, acting as the "Technical North Star" for their clients.
* Optimization: Build complex sales operations workflows, lead routing, and integrations (e.g., Salesforce to HubSpot) that solve real business problems.

Requirements

* Proven experience in a Functional Consultant or CRM Specialist role (preferably agency-side).
* Expert-level HubSpot certifications and hands-on implementation experience.
* Experience managing technical projects in Asana/Jira or similar tools.
