About Orthopaedics: Fuelled by innovation at the intersection of biology and technology, we're developing the next generation of smarter, less invasive, more personalized treatments. A Product Specialist opportunity has become available within our Joint Reconstruction Team in WA. Based in Perth, you will focus on selling and supporting our Hip & Knee replacement solutions including VELYSTM, our cutting‐edge robotic technology.
Responsibilities
* Develop effective relationships and liaise with Orthopaedic Surgeons; promote and drive the sale of our products
* Identify customer needs and optimize opportunities, including generating leads and presenting product information
* Provide clinical support during cases, deliver in‐service training, and support new product launches
* Maintain market and competitor analysis, provide regular feedback and achieve revenue targets across the product range
About You
* Degree qualified with minimum 2 years' orthopaedic sales and territory management experience, specifically in Hip & Knee Arthroplasty
* Strong commercial acumen, an understanding of the local orthopaedic market, and a proven track record of building long‐lasting strategic relationships
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to engage stakeholders, convey complex technical information, negotiate and influence decision makers
* Highly organized with a strong team orientation, ability to think strategically and constructively challenge customers
