Role Description
Part‐time hybrid role for an Online Manager based in Melbourne, VIC, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Online Manager is responsible for running and improving the platform, analysing database performance, managing customer interactions & fulfilment and assisting the team with the creation and implementation of campaigns.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage effectively with team members and customers.
* Experience in E-Commerce and Sales to manage online platforms and drive sales performance.
* Proficiency in Web Analytics to interpret data and optimize site performance.
* Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and manage time effectively between in-office and remote tasks.
* Familiarity with digital marketing and online platform management is advantageous.
* Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
