The Role
We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Civil Design Engineer (minimum 5 years experience) to join our growing team. You will work across a diverse range of projects, from urban developments, education projects, rural roads, mining projects, car-parking and small lot land developments.
The role would suit a Senior Civil Designer/Engineer or someone who is ready to make the next step in their career and forge their own pathway in the industry.
The Role Includes
Technical Design, documentation of a number of projects such as Building Developments, Land Development, Commercial Developments and Local government.
Modelling and Drafting in Autodesk Civil 3D.
Tender and bid writing / review
Working with the local authorities and contractors
Undertaken necessary storm water analysis and preparing storm water management and quality plans.
Preparation of Erosion and Sediment Control Plans.
Traffic Impact Assessments
Flood Impact Assessments.
You Will Possess The Following
Experience using Civil 3D and Civil Site Design across Building projects, Sub Divisions - roads and drainage, sewer and water. Pavements, car parks, local government works or other related civil works in Urban development (options for mid level at 3 years + and senior options at 6 years +)
Experience in developing storm-water management plans and storm water quality management plans.
Associate Degree in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering.
Water & Sewer Design is highly desirable
Experience with PC Drain and WSUD design principles
Experience in using Drains, Tuflow, Hec-Ras etc.
