The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity now exists for a corporate / commercial lawyer, with approximately 1–4 years' PAE, to join this highly regarded team as a Lawyer or Associate depending on experience.
In this role, you will enjoy working on a diverse mix of corporate / commercial matters for high-quality clients in a range of industries, including:
* share and business acquisitions and sales;
* shareholder, unitholder, partnership and joint venture agreements;
* IP, copyright and licensing;
* structuring and asset protection; and
* + more!
You'll work closely with an exceptional Partner and senior lawyers (in a sizeable team of nearly 10), benefit from strong mentoring, and be part of a team that values collaboration, excellence and professional growth.
