Opportunity
As our SAP Solutions Architect you'll work across our leading-edge technology consulting, providing innovative SAP technology strategy and architecture expertise. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to provide architectural expertise, direction and assistance to systems analysts, infrastructure administrators, integration experts and software developers. This hybrid position is based in either Melbourne, Canberra or Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement and administer SAP solutions.
Drive enterprise business, process and technology strategy.
Demonstrate thought leadership and best practices based on detailed knowledge of SAP Solution Suite.
Establish standards and guidelines for design & development, tuning, deployment and maintenance of SAP information architecture.
Qualifications & Skills
Extensive experience as an SAP Solution Architect, ideally within a consulting/client delivery setting including pre-sales capacity through delivery.
Industry experience in Government & Defence or other sectors as an Enterprise or Solutions Architect.
Strong functional and technical cross-module exposure & understanding in greenfield, selective data transfer and/or brownfield implementations.
Demonstrated experience in transformation programs working collaboratively with program leadership, project managers and functional area leadership.
Experience working with complex architecture in the SAP ecosystem.
Strategic thought leadership on SAP solutions – recommendations, roadmaps and advisory.
Understanding of business process flows and integration with SAP modules.
Ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements and deliverables.
Experience in integration between several SAP systems and legacy.
Knowledge across multiple technologies: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform.
Adaptability to evolving client requirements and expanding technology and business process knowledge.
Excellent communication skills – ability to translate technical talk into everyday language.
Project methodologies: SAP Activate, Agile, DevOps and other relevant methods.
Leadership experience managing offshore teams and mentoring junior staff.
