A high-performing Territory Manager is required to lead the growth strategy for a well-established business across the QLD/NT territory in the construction and coatings industry.
This role focuses on driving expansion across trade, retail, and wholesale channels, fostering strong relationships with commercial, industrial, and architectural markets.
* Prospecting, managing key accounts, delivering product training, and leading customer engagement initiatives through multiple channels.
* Establishing robust connections with contractors, distributors, trade users, and retail partners.
* Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and project tracking.
* Coodinating participation in trade shows, industry events, and customer presentations.
* Maintaining regular call cycles and daily reporting through the CRM system.
