Project Leadership Role
As a skilled project leader, you will be responsible for managing the project team and ensuring successful delivery of contracted works in accordance with client requirements.
The role requires effective leadership, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. You must also be able to negotiate and communicate with clients and project personnel.
The ideal candidate will have industry-recognised qualifications in project management or equivalent experience in civil engineering and project management.
* You should have knowledge of the civil construction industry and current projects, as well as experience in reinforced concrete structures and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
* You will also need to coordinate labour, resources and procurement.
Key responsibilities include leading by example and acting ethically and with integrity. You must be self-motivated and use confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.

* You will be highly effective in communicating with a range of stakeholders, including clients and project personnel.
* Strong organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to manage time effectively and lead by example.
* You should desire to work cooperatively in a team environment to achieve goals, actively comply with industry standards and related policies and procedures, and perform tasks only when competent and authorised to do so.
