Job Description
We are seeking an experienced audiometrist to join our team at Specsavers Tamworth. As a joint venture partner, you will have the autonomy to make critical decisions and run your own business, while also receiving comprehensive support from our team.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality patient care and advice on hearing health and related issues
* Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers
* Manage day-to-day operations, including staff management and finance
* Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Professional Qualifications:
* Audiology Australia or The Hearing Aid Audiometrist Society of Australia or The Australian College of Audiology qualifications
* Experience:
* At least two years of clinical experience post-qualification
* Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lead and work collaboratively to achieve business outcomes
