About the Role
Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to join our team on a FIFO roster. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a positive culture of safety, ensuring our team delivers a high-quality standard and supporting the operational team to achieve a safe and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and guide supervision to different work crews
* Ensure all projects are delivered to the highest quality of workmanship and on-time
* Manage multiple work sites and actively update the Operations Manager
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
* 5+ years experience in a supervisory role
* Experience across all aspects of construction
* Demonstrated leadership experience, people management, good communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to pass a lab drug and alcohol test
