We are seeking an experienced and capable Organisational Manager – Resources and Infrastructure to lead operational coordination, business performance, and organisational effectiveness across a resources and infrastructure portfolio based in Alice Springs. Key Responsibilities Lead organisational performance across resources and infrastructure-related operations and support functions Oversee business planning, operational coordination, and management of key organisational priorities Drive efficiency, consistency, and continuous improvement across internal systems, processes, and service delivery Support the development and execution of strategic and operational plans aligned with business objectives Manage cross-functional teams and build capability across administration, operations, logistics, and support functions Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, environmental, governance, and regulatory requirements Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and cost performance across the function Coordinate internal reporting, performance metrics, and management information to support decision-making Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, government bodies, community stakeholders, clients, and internal teams Support delivery of projects, infrastructure initiatives, and business improvement programs Identify organisational risks and implement practical solutions to improve resilience, accountability, and operational effectiveness Foster a collaborative, professional, and culturally aware workplace environment Requirements You are a practical and adaptable senior manager with experience leading teams and coordinating business functions in the resources, infrastructure, construction, logistics, utilities, or related sectors. You bring sound judgement, organisational capability, and the ability to manage a broad and varied workload across people, processes, and priorities. You are also confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders in environments where relationship management and community awareness matter.
