Electrical Shutdown Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Shutdown Leader to oversee the safe and quality execution of shutdown plans and schedules.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Coordinating the positioning de-energization of fixed plant equipment and balanced machines for maintenance.
* Installing lockbox permits by accurately identifying isolation points and following safety protocols.
* Executing electrical maintenance activities within a shutdown environment.
* Ensuring milestones are achieved within the current shutdown cycle.
* Leading and coaching work groups on quality and task-based risk assessments.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Strong leadership skills with a history of participating in field leadership programs.
* Process-driven approach to work.
* Experience in 1SAP work management.
* Ability to work autonomously to meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Leadership experience in developing teams.
* Ability to problem-solve and react to unexpected situations.

This is a permanent position with a FIFO arrangement from Perth. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to develop their leadership skills and contribute to the success of our operations.
