About Us
headspace provides support to young people aged 12-25 experiencing mild to moderate or emerging mental health issues. The multidisciplinary team at headspace Nowra works to improve health, social, vocational, and educational outcomes for young people.
Grand Pacific Health is the lead agency of headspace Nowra. We are a not-for-profit, primary health care organisation providing locally tailored, high-quality physical and mental health services across NSW and the ACT.
About The Position
The Administration Officer will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative services to support the delivery of activities at the headspace office.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
1. Providing administration support for the overall day-to-day functioning of the office.
2. Working flexibly and collaboratively with other administrative staff to ensure the delivery of effective and efficient administration services to meet the needs of the organisation.
3. Delivering customer service to young people, friends and family, and service providers over the phone and at reception.
Based in Nowra, this position is part-time, fixed-term until 30 June 2026, with the possibility for extension.
We Are Looking For Someone With
1. Relevant training and experience in administration in a fast-paced environment. Previous medical administration experience is an advantage.
2. Exceptional customer service skills, including being approachable, polite, friendly, and helpful.
3. Demonstrated ability to effectively organise and plan your work to ensure deadlines are met.
4. A flexible approach, genuine interest to learn new skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintain confidentiality.
