We are looking for a motivated and detail-driven Tender Coordinator to join our team in Perth. If you thrive under deadlines, have strong communication skills, and enjoy bringing bids together, this role offers the chance to directly influence our growth and success.
About the Role
As Tender Coordinator, you’ll oversee the end-to-end tender process – from identifying opportunities through to submission and post-submission review. You’ll work closely with estimating, operations, HSEQ, and finance to prepare compliant, competitive, and professional submissions that showcase Red Dust Holdings’ capability.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage the tender inbox and coordinate the full lifecycle of submissions, EOIs, and pre-qualifications
· Prepare, proof, and format high-quality tender documents, presentations, and capability statements
· Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather accurate and timely inputs
· Review tender requirements to ensure compliance and completeness
· Maintain templates, project profiles, CVs, and supporting documentation
· Track outcomes, feedback, and contribute to process improvements
What You’ll Bring
· 3+ years’ experience in tender coordination, civil construction/mining preferred.
· Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
· Proficiency in Adobe is essential
· Advanced MS Office skills word, excel and PowerPoint
· Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Initiative, organisation, and a collaborative mindset
Desirable
· Experience in writing methodologies or large/complex bids
· Familiarity with ISO systems and compliance frameworks
· Graphic design/formatting skills (InDesign, Canva, etc.)
