Construction Operations Manager
This position plays a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day activities of a construction project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Main Responsibilities
1. Oversee all aspects of construction operations, including supervision of personnel and monitoring of progress.
2. Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and cost control.
3. Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
4. Monitor and maintain safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
5. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
6. Travel to various project sites as required.
7. Work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
8. Develop and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Proven experience in construction operations management, with a focus on project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
3. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business administration.
4. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
5. Certifications in CPR/First Aid, MSHA, and OSHA 10, preferred.
