Job Title: Team Assistant
This is an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Team Assistant, you will provide administrative support to various teams, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Update and maintain payroll records in the Kronos system.
* Act as a liaison between employees and relevant departments for all pay queries and issues.
* Provide secretarial and administrative support to VP Manufacturing and on-site teams.
* Manage calendars, organize key meetings and events, and ensure effective communication among team members.
* Support new employee onboarding, IT requirements, and maintenance of company resources.
* Ensure compliance with CMS 5S standards by managing signage and labeling on the shop floor.
Requirements:
* Experience with payroll systems, preferably Kronos.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Professional attitude and appearance.
* Flexible, reliable, and resourceful attitude.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Advantageous experience with Oracle and SAP, MS Office programs, and advanced computer literacy.
