**What You'll Do**:
We are currently looking to appoint a highly motivated and driven Organizational Development Business Partner acts as organizational development liaison and advisor to the organization's leadership and facilitates the organization's initiatives across the organization. The OD manager plans, develops, implements and administers HR programs for company employees.
- Responsible for development and integration of human resource programs and associated projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.
- Consults with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters. Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
- Makes assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.
- Reviews evaluations of training courses, objectives and accomplishments.
- Develops and Designs programs to enhance Ingram's culture and engagement as per the business strategy.
- Show commitment to Health & Safety in accordance with IMAU's Health & Safety policy, systems and procedures;
**What You'll Bring**

To be successful you will ideally have:

- 5+ years in a Training or OD role
- Clear, comprehensive understanding of the link between HR and business strategy
- Ability to develop clear, actionable steps in support of an overall business strategy
- Ability to identify new ways for HR to support the business strategy
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Significant knowledge of HR policies and processes (e.g. workforce planning and talent management)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
