As a Digital Account Executive (Paid Search) you will be responsible for:
* Supporting the management and execution of paid search campaigns across a portfolio of clients, including implementation, optimisation and reporting.
* Working closely with the client team to understand holistic performance across all channels and how they can work together to drive performance against key KPIs.
* Assisting with the development of compelling ad copy and creative recommendations across PMAX and the broader Google/Bing network.
* Undertaking keyword research and competitor reviews to uncover further opportunities.
* Supporting regular client communications, performance updates and check-ins, with guidance from Account Managers.
* Assisting with budget pacing and delivery, escalating risks or opportunities to senior team members.
* Optimising daily across all accounts.
* Weekly/monthly performance analysis reporting as well as industry insights and trends.
* Contributing ideas and insights for account initiatives and support preparation of client presentations.
* Working with the team to assist clients in setting up performance tracking for campaigns.
* Working with the team to coordinate the delivery of creative (with both internal and external agencies/clients) to ensure accurate and timely uploads for campaigns.
The ideal candidate:
This role is well suited to someone early in their digital marketing career - including recent graduates or career starters - who is keen to learn, take ownership of tasks, and develop strong paid search skills in a supportive agency environment.
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* No formal paid search experience required - prior exposure (1-2 years) is welcome, but attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn matter more than experience for this role. Full training will be provided.
* An interest in data and performance, with the ability to ask good questions and learn how to turn insights into action.
* Ability to take responsibility for tasks, ask for help when needed, and collaborate closely with senior team members.
* Bring a positive and solutions-based approach to challenges and obstacles.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence in presenting.
* Exposure to tools such as Excel, GTM and GA4 is ideal, but not essential - full training will be provided.
