Troocoo have partnered with an established aged care provider in Broken Hill and are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead clinical operations and support high-quality, person-centred care for residents.
About the Role
* Lead and support RNs, ENs and care staff team.
* Oversee clinical assessments, care plans, case conferences and documentation.
* Ensure compliance with aged care standards and drive continuous improvement.
* Manage AN-ACC documentation and support accreditation requirements.
* Build strong relationships with residents, families and allied health teams.
About You
* Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
* 4+ years aged care clinical experience.
* Strong leadership and documentation skills.
* Skilled in wound care, medication management and chronic disease management.
* Confident communicator with excellent problem-solving abilities.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one.
* Full Working Rights in Australia.
