About the Role
As a Business Manager in our Inclusive Employment Australia team, you'll lead a passionate group of Employment Consultants. Your mission: drive performance, support your team, and deliver life-changing employment outcomes for job seekers.
Coverage
The role covers our sites across Dandenong, Oakleigh, Brighton and Caulfield.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a team of Employment Consultants to exceed performance targets.
* Ensure compliance with Inclusive Employment Australia contractual obligations.
* Build strong relationships with local employers, community groups, and stakeholders.
* Monitor and report on site performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.

Capabilities & Experience
* Experience in Employment Services or clearly demonstrated transferable skills.
* People leadership exposure and/or understanding.
* Strong understanding of Inclusive Employment Australia or related government programs.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Results-driven mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.
* Ability to work unsupervised in challenging environments.
* Proven experience working in a high-performance driven environment.
* Demonstrable ability to build positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
* Eligibility to meet legislative requirements for clearance to work in the Employment Services programs.

To be considered, you will have
* Eligibility to work in Australia
* A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
* A MyGovID (Standard level)
* Willing to complete a National Police Check
* Able to pass a Working with Children Check
* Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
