Job Description:
The Airport Services Agent is responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers at the airport. This includes delivering high-quality service at all customer touch points, ensuring passengers receive total quality service, and adhering to safety policy and security standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service at check-in, boarding gates, ramps, cargo areas, and lounges
* Supervise service partners' activities for smooth passenger acceptance
* Direct arriving and departing passengers to respective areas
* Verify entry requirements for visas and residence permits
* Coordinate with various teams for efficient aircraft turnaround
* Handle company mail and perform pre- and post-flight administration duties
* Resolve baggage claims and ensure compliance with QR Safety and Security requirements

Requirements:
* High school qualification combined with a minimum of two years of experience in a similar customer-facing role within the airport environment
* Knowledge of airport functions, including passenger and baggage handling, weight and balance, and dangerous goods regulations
* Ability to work shifts, including weekends, and have the right to live and work in Australia
