Lead Educator and Centre Leader
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to take on a leadership role within our centre. As a lead educator, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating your team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
• Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
• Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
• Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide
Requirements:
Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
Current NT Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
Northern Territory – Registration not required (non-mandated)
