Physiotherapist Role

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to clients, helping them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.


About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to provide client-centred care and whole of life solutions. As part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and maximise optimal outcomes for our clients.


Key Responsibilities

* Assess and develop personalised treatment plans for clients, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
* Regularly review individual clients to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
* Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and function, promoting independence and improving overall well-being.
* Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure seamless care and maximise optimal outcomes.
* Educate clients and families on managing conditions and maintaining progress, empowering them to take control of their health.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring seamless communication and coordination among healthcare professionals.


Requirements

* A degree in Physiotherapy and registration with AHPRA (or ability to).
* Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
* A commitment to ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based treatments.
* A current unrestricted driver's licence, enabling flexible travel to client locations.
* Current or ability to apply for National Police Check (no older than 3 months), ensuring safe and secure working environments.
* Current or ability to apply for Working with Vulnerable People Card/NDIS Worker Screening Check, prioritising client safety and well-being.
* Ability to work in Australia with full working rights, enhancing our team's diversity and expertise.
