Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse in Older Persons Mental Health Service
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Older Persons Mental Health Service in North West Tasmania.
The ideal candidate will have Australian nursing registration and Working with Vulnerable People registration. Experience in community settings is highly desirable, but not essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
* Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
* Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures that support the delivery of excellent patient outcomes
Working Conditions:
* This is a community-based setting that offers varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
Requirements:
* Australian nursing registration
* Working with Vulnerable People registration
* Experience in community settings (highly desirable)
