A leading community services organization is seeking a Peer Recovery Worker to support individuals as part of the Fiona Stanley Hospital Mental Health Service.
This full-time role involves working within a multidisciplinary team to assist consumers and their families. Key Responsibilities Include:
* Supporting individuals with mental health issues
* Working in collaboration with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to develop effective treatment plans
* Providing education and resources to promote recovery and well-being
Required Skills and Qualifications
Essential skills and qualifications for this role include:
* Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work
* Strong interpersonal skills, including communication, empathy and conflict resolution
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
