Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of network infrastructure and transformation projects within telecom environments. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles, driving seamless deployment, and ensuring alignment with technical governance, compliance, and customer SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage delivery of network infrastructure and transformation projects
* Drive end-to-end project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
* Interface with network architects, field service teams, and vendors to ensure seamless deployment
* Track change requests, incidents, risks, and deliverables using ServiceNow
* Coordinate with ServiceMax teams for tracking field services, hardware deployment, and maintenance activities
* Organize and lead CAB meetings, risk reviews, and post-mortems
* Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal leadership
* Ensure alignment with technical governance, compliance, and customer SLAs
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing networking/telecom infrastructure projects
* Solid knowledge of telecom networks, field deployment processes, and ITIL/PMI best practices
* Strong stakeholder management, reporting, and vendor coordination skills
