What You'll Do
Support residents with daily living, always with dignity and respect
Encourage independence and wellbeing
Work closely with nurses, lifestyle, and hospitality teams
Assist with mobility and equipment use
Provide emotional support and create a nurturing environment
Document care accurately using iCare
Collaborate with families and health professionals for holistic care
What You'll Bring
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability)
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Experience in aged care and a genuine passion for helping others
