**About the Role**:
Focusing on our key customers, Big W and Kmart, you will develop and execute national programs to drive sales and deliver Ferrero Point of Purchase objectives, including range, shelf, display and price promotion, while building strong relationships with clients.

This is a key role for Ferrero's growth and an excellent opportunity for an experienced National Account Manager to join the team and take ownership of the trade spend budget, claims management, sales performance reporting, forecasting, analysis of promotional programs, and trade marketing initiatives with the Shopper Marketing Team.

**Main Responsibilities**:
You will be the key point of contact for your clients and are there to solve problems and develop strategies for growth in line with Ferrero's internal plans. Being the key contact will include monitoring retail and promotional pricing, responsibility over sales forecasting, planning seasonal events and activations, ensuring sales performance in line with expectations, and providing input for internal forecasting.

To develop and grow clients, you will work cross functionally to develop business plans using Ferrero's triple win approach. This will include identifying growth drivers, setting sales targets, finding innovative solutions to client problems, analysing data to deliver actionable insights, and proactively developing course correction plans to ensure results are delivered and aligned to strategy from a customer, shopper and category perspective.

As a strong negotiator, you will utilize a variety of strategies to develop a mutually beneficial solution for all parties. You will understand the customer strategy and bring those insights into internal activities such as customer planning sessions, range reviews, joint business plans, promotional plans, and execution strategies to ensure alignment between our customers and Ferrero.

You will gain trust and respect with our customers to develop and maintain effective relationships across diverse audiences. This will help you gather information and use it to improve our strategy. To be able to provide insights, you will be knowledgeable in policies, practices, trends, technology and information that may impact the channel, and will keep stakeholders up to date.

With strong financial acumen, you will achieve sales budgets, and utilise financial levers to drive value through pricing and ROI to drive profitable sales. You will manage the related budgets, promotional spend, and achievement of financial targets in alignment with commercial policies.

**Who we are looking for**:
You will be experienced in FMCG national account management, preferably in with similar customers. Having strong commercial and financial acumen coupled with exceptional communication skills is a must, and you will be goal driven with a desire to deliver extraordinary results every time. You will also need the ability to plan through multiple priorities and manage differing customer needs, and be able to work independently.
